Job summary

HeyOz, a consumer AI studio, is seeking a sales leader to own our go-to-market and close deals across self-serve and in-house agency models. You will run demos, handle objections, and guide prospects from interest to revenue.

This is a player-coach role with autonomy to shape target segments, craft the pitch, and evolve the sales motion as we scale. You will collaborate with outbound teams and be comfortable with flexible deal structures and pricing.

Qualifications

• Experience closing clients in our ICP: agencies, D2C founders, freelancers or similar.
• Full-cycle sales ability: run a demo, handle objections, negotiate and close.
• Strategic thinking: identify opportunities and adjust the approach.
• Comfortable with ambiguity: pricing and deal structures are flexible.
• Strong communicator: explain product clearly, build rapport, show understanding.
• Self-motivated: performance-focused with autonomy and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Running demos and closing deals — on calls with founders, marketers, and agency owners.
• Sales strategy — guide outbound targeting and oversee prospecting.
• Flexible deal structures — scope and structure for each client.
• Building the function — as we scale, you may lead a sales team.
