Sprout Social is seeking a Lead GTM FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in the United States. You will lead GTM reporting, partner with Sales, RevOps and Partnerships, and own the GTM P&L and forecast methods.

You’ll use Pigment, Salesforce, and Tableau to build comprehensive GTM reports from pipeline coverage to bookings performance, driving revenue decisions at a high-growth SaaS company.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of FP&A, revenue/GTM finance, or sales finance.
• Advanced Excel/financial modeling skills; build and maintain complex models.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of GTM reporting and analysis with Sales, RevOps and Partnerships.
• Serve as the finance partner to GTM leadership for pipeline, pricing and revenue decisions.
• Build and maintain GTM reporting from pipeline to bookings performance; own GTM P&L.
• Lead monthly and quarterly GTM reporting, including budget-to-actuals and variance analysis.
