Job summary

LeanTaaS is seeking an Associate GTM Engineer to join the Revenue Engineering team. This software role sits within a revenue team, focusing on building pipelines, integrating CRM/billing/finance, deploying AWS services, and enabling sales operations.

You will bring strong software fundamentals, write clean code, and learn the business domain quickly. Prior DevOps exposure and a passion for healthcare outcomes are valued, with remote-friendly setup and offices in Santa Clara and Charlotte.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2 years of professional software experience.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Comfort with SQL and relational data models.
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs with authentication, pagination, and error handling.
• Familiarity with version control and exposure to deployment/run in real environments (containers, CI, logging, monitoring).
• Daily use of AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
• Demonstrable interest in the commercial side of business (sales, revenue, pricing, growth).
• Genuine interest in healthcare operations; willingness to improve health system efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale end-to-end data pipelines and automation.
• Integrate the revenue stack across CRM, billing, and finance using APIs and data pipelines.
• Ship and operate internal applications using containerized AWS services.
• Drive automation to reduce manual tasks (lead enrichment, data hygiene, quotas).
• Establish engineering standards including version control, testing, error handling, and monitoring.
• Support commercial tools and ensure smooth handoffs between Sales, Implementations, Contracting, Legal, and Finance.
• Diagnose and resolve data issues and pipeline failures independently.
• Eliminate single points of failure through clear architecture docs and runbooks.
• Bridge business needs with engineering by gathering requirements and demos for stakeholders.
