Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or technical RevOps at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands on with the modern stack: enrichment platforms, CRM APIs, outreach automation, and workflow tools.
• Real technical ability: APIs, webhooks, scripting, and prompt engineering for LLM workflows.
• Analytical rigor and the judgment to understand a security and compliance driven buyer.

Responsibilities

• Build signal based prospecting: licensing announcements, funding rounds, security incidents, and hiring signals turned into timely outreach.
• Own the enrichment and data stack: list building, ICP scoring, and CRM data quality automation.
• Ship AI powered workflows that research accounts, draft outreach, and route signals to deal owners.
• Instrument attribution and conversion by signal and segment, then kill what does not work.
