Job summary

Edmentum, a remote-first educator-focused company in Bloomington, MN, seeks a GTM Onboarding Specialist to shape the onboarding experience across Sales, Customer Success, and related teams. You will design modern learning programs, facilitate immersive bootcamps, and build scalable enablement content from day one.

You’ll collaborate with GTM, Product, HR, and RevOps to reflect current initiatives and go-to-market motions, using data to refine programs and measure impact on time-to-productivity

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering onboarding or training programs in a B2B SaaS GTM environment.
• Ability to facilitate engaging virtual and in-person learning sessions.
• Strong foundation in adult learning, instructional design, or Enablement development principles.
• Create clear, structured learning paths, assessments, and certifications.
• Proficient with LMS or enablement platforms such as Highspot.
• Organized and able to manage multiple programs, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Data-driven and experienced in evaluating training effectiveness through analytics.
• Collaborate across GTM, Product, RevOps, and HR.
• Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Understand GTM roles, KPIs and workflows; translate to learner-friendly content.
• Experience planning and delivering in-person multi-day training events or bootcamps.
• Willing to take on evolving responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver GTM onboarding programs for Sales, Customer Success, and related teams.
• Create engaging learning assets including structured paths, assessments, certifications, and facilitator guides.
• Plan and facilitate quarterly in-person GTM New Hire Bootcamps, managing curriculum, delivery, logistics and evaluation.
• Collaborate with GTM, Product, HR, and RevOps to reflect current initiatives and go-to-market motions.
• Use data and insights to refine onboarding, analyze LMS engagement and productivity metrics.
• Serve as the onboarding liaison for new GTM hires to ensure support and confidence.
