Job summary

BILL is hiring an Internal Communications Manager to partner with Enablement, RevOps Leadership, and GTM leadership. You will optimize how information is shared in a hybrid world, connecting employees with timely, clear communications and best practices.

This role emphasizes storytelling, governance, and scalable processes across the GTM org. You will own high-impact communications, ghostwrite with leaders, and drive consistent messaging while collaborating with multiple departments to foster

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in communications and enablement.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and inclusion.
• Ability to lead with cross-functional collaboration across many stakeholders.
• Ghostwriting experience with senior leaders and teams.
• Demonstrated project management and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM event planning and coordination for large-scale programs.
• Create templates and playbooks with partner functions to cascade information.
• Diagnose communication gaps and implement cross-functional solutions.
• Leverage storytelling and design to build impactful presentations.
• Support GTM leadership and communicate changes to the wider floor.
• Develop metrics and processes for continuous improvement of GTM events.
• Contribute to other enablement projects as needed.
