Thales Group is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for Application Security across the Americas, leveraging global portfolio plans to drive growth in North and Latin America. The role can be remote in California or Texas, with hybrid options.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, lead demand generation campaigns, ABM programs, and partner activations to build pipeline and convert opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience spanning go-to-market, product marketing, regional or field marketing.
• Experience in cybersecurity or technically complex B2B SaaS markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM strategy and execution for Applications Security in Americas.
• Plan and manage pipeline, with measurable KPIs and quarterly targets.
• Drive integrated demand creation and local activation.
• Align Sales, Channel and Customer activation across regions.
