Job summary

Optro is seeking a Senior Sales & Analytics Manager to own revenue planning, performance measurement, and decision-support analytics. You will build ARR targets, quota models, and dashboards, partnering with GTM and Finance to align leadership around data-backed recommendations.

You'll leverage SQL and modern BI tools to standardize metrics across regions and product lines, while scaling analytics with AI-powered insights for daily use by GTM teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM analytics, sales operations, or related function for an enterprise.
• Deep understanding of GTM motions, territories, quotas, and forecasting.
• Hands-on SQL to pull, join, and validate data independently.
• Fluency with Salesforce, Gong, Clari and BI stacks; strong data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own planning fundamentals: ARR and pipeline targets, quotas, headcount, capacity models.
• Turn data into decisions: dashboards, KPI reports, and leading indicators.
• Be a strategic partner to GTM and Finance leadership.
• Raise the bar: mentor analysts, push data quality, and automate reporting.
