Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electronics, chemical, instrumentation or process technologies.
• 6+ years of experience with TPS and TPN product family and related architecture including Honeywell TDC-3000/TDC-2000.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote support and services remotely and effectively.
• Report to regional stakeholders.
• Proactively manage and respond to customer questions, issues, and input within SLA.
• Maintain case documentation and follow-up to ensure that technical recommendations resolve issues.
• Respond to high volume inquiries with accurate, timely updates.
