Job summary

The iHeartMedia team in the United States is seeking a Program Director/Music Director with expertise in GSelector, Selector, and related music scheduling tools. The role emphasizes empathy for users, rapid learning of new products, strong prioritization in a live broadcasting environment, and collaborative work across Support, Development, Product, and Infrastructure.

Evening/weekend coverage may be required; bilingual Spanish and English skills are essential.

Qualifications

Experience as Program Director or Music Director in a Radio or TV Programming environment.
Empathetic to users and able to put yourself in their shoes.
Technically adept and able to learn new products, tools and technologies.
Strong prioritization skills under live radio/TV pressures.
Motivated, goal‑oriented, flexible, able to work independently and collaboratively.
Inquisitive mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

Document customer interactions and resolve technical issues by researching solutions and guiding corrective actions.
Collaborate across Support, Development, Product, and Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot software, hardware, network, and system issues; create detailed documentation and defect reports.
Partner with customers to optimize software performance by diagnosing challenges and implementing best practices.
Work with a team of 100+ professionals across topics from music scheduling to SQL Server administration.
Host onboarding training sessions for users of varying technical levels.
Expand technical knowledge through training and hands‑on experience with broadcasting solutions.
