The role involves collaboration with sales and promotions, administrative duties, and monitoring social media impact. A strong eye for detail and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative roles across sales, marketing, or operations.
• Knowledge of social networking platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc).
• Strong written and verbal communication with proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the posting schedule across iHeartRadio local station social media accounts.
• Develop dynamic content for on-air and posted social content.
• Create and write social copy for posts and artist programs.
• Develop strategies to increase followers and engagement on iHeartMedia social accounts.
• Screen calls, emails, DMs, and TalkBack messages; coordinate with sales and promotions.
