Qualifications

• Experience as Program Director or Music Director in Radio or TV programming.

• Bilingual Spanish and English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate across Support, Development, Product, and Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide onboarding training and ongoing customer education.
