iHeartMedia seeks a program operations specialist to support 850+ stations and digital platforms, working remotely from anywhere in the United States. You will learn, test, and support the Sound+ cloud playout system, collaborating with Program Directors and Engineers to convert stations from NexGen to Sound+ while ensuring content is loaded prior to air.

Responsibilities include responding to silence tickets, exporting and interpreting logs with GSelector, and using audio editors for

Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with radio operations and technology.
• Experience loading brokered programming and back-timing to meet top-of-hour news requirements.
• Experience engineering sports remote setups and managing rain delays.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn, test, and support the Sound+ cloud playout system.
• Collaborate with Program Directors and Engineers to convert stations from NexGen to Sound+.
• Identify missing content and load it prior to air.
• Respond to silence tickets, troubleshoot causes, and implement preventive measures.
• Export logs via GSelector and interpret application logs.
• Utilize audio editors for post-production tasks.
• Follow documented processes to deliver repeatable results.
• Maintain calm, critical thinking, and intentional action in a 24/7 environment.
