Headlight is a fully remote growth marketing agency helping consumer brands scale through performance advertising and analytics. We seek a performance marketing specialist to manage campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 1–3 years of paid media experience, proficiency in major ad platforms, and excellent English communication.

Competenze

• 1–3 years proven experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Curiosity for digital marketing and growth as a T-shaped marketer.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Practical knowledge of pixel/CAPI, UTMs, conversion events, GA4 fundamentals.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Passion for learning and driving performance results.

Mansioni

• Own channel-level execution and strategy with growth manager and director.
• Execute and manage paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, CTV, YouTube, etc.
• Conduct audience segmentation and creative testing to drive performance.
• Monitor CPA, ROAS, and optimize to meet client goals.
• Communicate insights and next steps to client teams with clear rationale.
• Collaborate with creative teams to inform campaign assets and strategy.
• Stay updated on trends, tools, and strategies in paid media.
• Manage budgets and timelines to align spend with goals.
