Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education/experience.
• 8 years of experience in audience strategy, product marketing, or related fields.
• Experience developing customer strategies using behavioral data and insights.
• Deep understanding of audience segmentation and personalization.
• Proficiency in leveraging data, Martech, and AI for marketing strategy.
• Ability to translate complex information into actionable strategies.
• Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills across functions.
