Job summary

Binance.US is seeking a Senior Growth Data Scientist to join our Data organization, partnering with Marketing to shape and measure strategy. You will drive high-ownership, reliability-focused analytics and influence where marketing investments go.

This role sits with Data and collaborates across performance, lifecycle, brand, and growth teams to build analytical foundations for a fast-growing marketing org. Expect strong ownership and potential for team growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing/growth analytics or data science, ideally at consumer-facing tech, fintech, or startup.
• Strong SQL and large-scale data handling in modern data warehouses.
• Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and modeling.
• Solid grounding in marketing attribution, experimentation, statistics, funnel analysis, retention, ARPU, and LTV.
• Experience with mobile measurement platforms (AppsFlyer preferred): SDK/event setup and attribution modeling.
• BI/visualization tools proficiency (Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Excellent communication and ability to influence non-technical stakeholders in marketing decisions.
• Self-starter with ability to build from scratch in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Nice to have: crypto/fintech experience, ML for marketing, audience segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the embedded data science partner to Marketing, delivering data-driven decisions.
• Stand up and own the marketing measurement foundation across mobile and web.
• Build and maintain models for LTV, ROAS, CAC/payback, and retention; advise budget allocation.
• Design, run, and analyze experiments and A/B tests across customer lifecycle.
• Analyze the full funnel and size high-impact growth opportunities.
• Develop forecasting and opportunity-sizing models for planning.
• Create self-serve dashboards and recurring performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and ad-platform teams to ensure data quality.
• Translate analyses into clear recommendations and influence investments.
