• 5+ years in machine learning and experimentation for growth/marketing.
• 2+ years as a technical team lead or manager focused on talent development.
• Expertise in experiment design, statistical power, and decision-making under uncertainty.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with analytics ownership experience.
• Ability to craft and communicate a data science strategy aligned with business outcomes.
• Fluent in full-stack data science including Python and system design.
