Job summary

Omnicell is seeking a Manager, Growth & Strategic Analytics to lead a high-impact analytics team within CDIA. You will partner across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Service to deliver data-driven insights that shape go-to-market strategy and customer outcomes.

You will own enterprise metrics (NPS, CHS, CSAT) and drive market segmentation, forecasting, and product adoption analytics, leveraging predictive modeling and AI/ML when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, statistics, information systems, economics, healthcare informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of analytics, commercial operations, market insights, or business intelligence
• 1+ year of leading analytics teams or mentoring team members
• Proficiency in SQL and/or a statistical programming language (Python or R)
• Experience with BI/data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Strong experience working with commercial and CRM data (pipeline, revenue, customer lifecycle metrics)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Growth & Strategic Analytics team—setting priorities, managing workloads, and fostering a high-performing environment
• Own analytics across key domains: sales quota modeling, territory planning, pipeline health, forecasting, installed base, renewals, product adoption
• Integrate data from CRM and external sources to create a unified view of customers, markets, and opportunities
• Evaluate third-party data vendors and ensure data quality and value realization
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Implementation, Service, and Customer Success to deliver scalable analytics solutions
• Collaborate on predictive modeling, propensity scoring, and AI/ML techniques when appropriate
