Omnicell is seeking a Commercial Data Insights Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights that improve customer outcomes and drive strategic decision-making. You will partner across Technical Support, IT, Data Engineering, and Commercial teams to deliver analytics solutions and executive-ready dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, statistics, information systems, economics, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Market Insights, or related analytical discipline.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for querying, transforming, and analyzing data.
• Experience with structured operational, commercial, service, CRM, sales, or financial datasets.
• Experience creating dashboards, visualizations, summaries, and business recommendations.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
• Interest in applying generative AI tools to improve analytical processes.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze support and service data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve performance and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting solutions measuring key metrics such as support volume, response times, and SLA performance.
• Deliver fact-based recommendations to improve support effectiveness and efficiency.
• Create executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and analyses for operational reviews and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Technical Support leadership, IT, Data Engineering, and Reporting teams to align analytics with business objectives.
