Job summary

Omnicell is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management – Data Solutions to define and lead the product vision and execution for OmniSphere’s data platform, analytics, AI, and agentic experiences. You will drive alignment across data, analytics, AI, and workflows to translate insights into action in a cloud-native, enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling data platforms and AI-enabled analytics products.
• Senior leadership experience owning platform-scale products serving multiple applications.
• Strong product judgment balancing foundational investments with near-term impact.
• Experience operating where data trust, reliability and explainability are critical.
• 12+ years in product management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Business and financial acumen including owning P&L, pricing, revenue and cost targets.
• Proven people leadership including coaching and performance management.
• Experience communicating strategy to senior executives or board-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the multi-year product vision and roadmap for OmniSphere’s data platform, analytics, AI, and agentic experience layers.
• Provide executive leadership for OmniSphere’s shared data foundation, including data ingestion, normalization, contextualization, and governance.
• Drive analytics evolution from descriptive reporting to prescriptive and predictive analytics linked to workflows and actions.
• Set product direction for OmniSphere’s AI Intelligence Layer, including model access, orchestration, and reusable intelligence services.
• Lead product strategy for the Agent Experience, enabling self-service and workflow automation across OmniSphere.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, clinical, commercial, and platform leaders to ensure cohesive execution.
• Represent platform product strategy with executive leadership, customers, and strategic partners.
