Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive product management experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple product lines.
• Experience building and scaling data platforms, analytics products, and AI-enabled systems in complex enterprise environments.
• Business and financial acumen, including owning P&L, pricing strategy, and revenue and cost targets.
• Proven people leadership managing product teams and hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Ability to communicate strategy and results to senior executives and/or board-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the multi-year product vision and roadmap for OmniSphere data platform, analytics, AI, and agentic experience.
• Provide executive leadership for the shared data foundation, governance, and data asset direction.
• Drive analytics evolution from descriptive to prescriptive and predictive, tied to workflows and actions.
• Set product direction for AI Intelligence Layer and ensure platform services are delivered enterprise-wide.
• Lead Agent Experience strategy and align with platform UX standards, permissions, and auditability.
