Job summary

GovCIO seeks an experienced Growth leader to serve as a Management Solution Architect, focused on developing and refining management-related solutions for federal IT proposals and competitive win strategies. You will lead analysis of solicitation requirements, create high-quality proposal content, and collaborate with graphic designers to illustrate management concepts essential for client requirements.

This role is 100% growth-focused with no direct customer interactions and is fully remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in managing IT proposals.
• Ability to analyze solicitations and extract customer requirements quickly.
• Experience owning sections of federal proposals and leading proposal content.

Responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive management-focused solutions for large federal IT programs (e.g., $100M+).
• Create high-quality proposal content for approach elements like IT program management and transition plans.
• Coordinate with graphics teams to produce proposal visuals and slides that illustrate concepts.
• Coach architects and authors during the proposal lifecycle to improve content quality.
