Job summary

ITC Federal seeks a Solutions Architect to shape technical proposals and serve as the technical volume lead for prime bids. This role develops compliant, customer-focused technical content aligned with growth goals and ITC capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years leading and writing technical approaches for federal proposals.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven federal IT contracts experience with CONOPS, solution graphics, storytelling.
• Strong research skills for emerging tech like DevOps, Cloud, app development, infra engineering.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Capture Manager to understand client needs and requirements.
• Develop technical solutions for complex bids delivering value‑driven approaches.
• Provide architectural governance aligning with ITC service lines.
• Lead technical content development and coordinate multiple teams.
• Translate customer needs into actionable solution concepts for bids.
• Support outline development and response planning with Senior Proposal Director.
• Guide technical writer and oversee solution development through proposal delivery.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform proposals.
• Attend conferences and industry days to monitor market developments.
• Perform duties and support special projects.
