Job summary

Qualifications
- 5–10 years leading and writing technical proposals for federal contracts.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Experience with federal acquisition processes (RFI, RFP, BPAs).
- Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions and content.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Capture Manager to understand client needs and requirements.
- Develop technical solutions for complex bids and write technical content.
- Provide architectural governance aligning solutions with ITC's service lines.
- Assess current-state architectures and define forward-looking solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop high-quality proposal content.
- Translate customer needs into actionable solution concepts for bids.
