Airbnb is seeking a Programs and Business Operations Lead for the US, remote-eligible role. You will work with the Director of Services and Membership to craft and execute strategies that grow Airbnb’s services and loyalty programs, partnering across product, marketing, and operations to deliver user value and business impact.

You will thrive in ambiguous, early-stage environments, building frameworks, and driving initiatives from zero to one.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in consulting position, or strategy operations role and working across multiple geographies.
• Ability to prioritize quickly and go deep on execution of new initiatives.
• Analysis and formulation of plans to address key business priorities or issues.
• Leadership and ability to influence other stakeholders.
• Data driven, can do attitude, strategic thinker and passion for new products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop actionable business analysis—enable functional leads to provide consistent information to their teams and stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven insights quickly and accurately by leveraging tools such as SQL, Excel and Tableau.
• Partner with product and marketing teams to translate business goals into program requirements and go-to-market strategies.
• Identify new growth opportunities, design experiments to test hypotheses, and develop plans to scale proven levers.
• Build tools and equip teams with the relevant data support to make actionable decisions.
• Create materials to communicate strategy and business performance to key stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional workstreams across product, marketing, data science, finance, partnerships, and business operations.
