Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in data modeling, analytics and project management.

Responsibilities

• Align functions to regional objectives with the Director, Regional Business Operations and Growth.
• Own end-to-end cross-functional initiatives from problem statement to solution.
• Lead weekly cross-functional project meetings with field and online operations, marketing, product, legal.
• Analyze macro/micro trends using internal and external data sources and present insights to leadership.
• Deliver concise performance narratives in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews to senior leaders.
