GitLab is seeking a Growth Senior Product Manager to own the self-serve product journey from first interaction on GitLab.com through trial, activation, and paid conversion. You’ll align acquisition, activation, and monetization into a single experience and use experimentation to drive growth across the full funnel.

Responsabilités

• Own the self-serve journey end-to-end from signup to monetization.
• Identify growth opportunities using product usage and event data; run tests.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data to scope and ship experiments.
• Define success metrics and tie roadmap decisions to revenue outcomes.
• Operate with an autonomous team owning the roadmap and outcomes.
