Tithe.ly is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to spearhead growth strategy, revenue, and market expansion. The role blends product-led growth with rigorous analytics across the lifecycle from acquisition to monetization.

You will drive experiments and lead cross-functional teams to optimize onboarding and activation. Join a fully remote, global team and partner with engineering, sales, and customer experience to align product bets with business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management driving growth, acquisition, activation, retention, or monetization.
• Proven track record of growth through product-led growth (PLG) or similar product-led environments.
• End-to-end product development experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience designing, executing, and evaluating A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into product strategy and outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the growth vision, strategy, and roadmap focused on acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and revenue growth.
• Own the growth lifecycle from acquisition through monetization, improving customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Use market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, including pricing and packaging, partnerships.
• Translate opportunities into prioritized initiatives across teams.
