Job summary

Onanon, Inc. is seeking an energetic, early-career Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities and expand our presence in Medical Device, Agricultural Technology, Datacom, and Defense markets. This role reports to the Business Development Director and offers exposure to leadership with a clear growth path.

You will build relationships, manage CRM, conduct outbound outreach, and support cross-functional teams from marketing to engineering to move deals from concept to production.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of early-career business development or sales experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with new contacts.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn technical concepts.
• Willing and able to travel up to 40% for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers, programs, and markets.
• Identify growth opportunities and inform product development.
• Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, events) to generate new leads.
• Qualify opportunities and coordinate introductions with internal teams.
• Help manage communication with select strategic accounts and track activity.
• Support proposal follow-ups, CRM updates, and internal reporting.
• Learn products, capabilities, and markets; collaborate across departments.
