Job summary

Health & Wellness Partners, LLC is seeking a Director, Business Development Strategy in New Jersey to lead new business pursuits and manage a portion of the pipeline. You will own opportunities, pursue strategic deals, and coordinate with senior leaders to deliver compelling proposals.

The role requires experience in medical communications, a proven sales track record, and strong relationship-building skills. Hybrid/onsite options and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience independently leading new business pursuits in an agency or professional services.
• Experience in medical communications required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipelines, data, and forecasts.
• Ability to lead pitches, proposals, and RFPs with strong storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined portion of the new business pipeline and drive it through close.
• Develop pursuit strategies for priority opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
• Lead discovery conversations, qualify opportunities, and maintain pipeline discipline.
• Coordinate pitches, proposals, and RFP responses with internal experts.
• Partner with internal teams on scopes, budgets, and commercial terms.
