Job summary

Modern Football is seeking a driven Business Operations & Strategy Manager to join our rapidly growing real-time football analytics platform. In this role you will work directly with executive leadership to design and execute company-wide initiatives that accelerate growth and improve efficiency.

You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and align strategic goals with tactical execution. This position emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business operations, strategy, or similar strategic role experience.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or high-growth startups.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Exceptional project management and cross-functional leadership.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Tableau) and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Develop dashboards and reporting systems to monitor KPIs across departments.
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on growth opportunities, pricing, and market dynamics.
• Evaluate and improve core systems and processes to boost productivity and scalability.
• Support go-to-market strategy with data analysis and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage cross-department projects ensuring alignment with goals and timely execution.
