Job summary

Passive Income Dentist is seeking a hands-on operations leader to build the management layer, establish metrics, and protect the founder’s time by taking ownership of execution. You will design the org, implement scorecards, and manage an external marketing agency to hit weekly funnel targets and revenue goals.

You will run KPI dashboards, lead hiring, and institute a structured leadership cadence with quarterly planning.

Qualifications

• Experience within online coaching, education, or digital marketing scaled to $10M+
• Managed a fully distributed remote team
• Held a marketing agency accountable for paid acquisition performance
• Scaled a business through the $3M-$10M growth phase
• P&L ownership and financial reporting
• Systems and SOP architecture from scratch
• Performance management through scorecards and KPI rhythms
• AI and automation as daily operational tools
• Structured hiring and team design

Responsibilities

• Build the processes and streamline the systems to ensure all tasks are delivered efficiently
• Build the org structure, scorecards, and 1:1 frameworks for a real management system
• Own the relationship with our external marketing agency and hold them accountable to weekly funnel performance and revenue targets
• Design and deploy KPI dashboards across the coaching team and leadership
• Run the weekly leadership cadence and quarterly planning process
• Identify talent gaps, lead hiring processes, and implement performance reviews
• Filter and resolve operational issues before they reach the founder — target founder at 10 hours or fewer per week within 12 months
