Job summary

Passive Income Dentist is seeking an operator to build the management layer, own execution, and scale a founder-led online coaching and education business. You will own processes, hiring, and performance reviews to drive measurable outcomes while protecting the founder’s time for high‑level vision.

This full-time remote role requires leading a distributed team, coordinating with an external marketing agency, and delivering KPI dashboards and quarterly plans.

Qualifications

• Experience operating inside online coaching, education, or digital marketing business scaled to $10M+
• Managed a fully distributed remote team
• Held a marketing agency accountable for paid acquisition performance
• Scaled a business through the $3M-$10M growth phase

Responsibilities

• Build processes and streamline systems to ensure tasks are delivered efficiently
• Build org structure, scorecards, and 1:1 frameworks for management
• Own relationship with external marketing agency and ensure weekly funnel performance and revenue targets
• Design and deploy KPI dashboards across the coaching team and leadership
• Run the weekly leadership cadence and quarterly planning process
• Identify talent gaps, lead hiring, and run performance reviews
• Filter and resolve operational issues so founder spends ≤10 hours/week within 12 months
