Job summary

Alchemy is seeking a senior Growth leader to own the full-funnel growth motion across self-serve and enterprise channels. You will set data-backed channel strategies, optimize ROI, and partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to scale new signals and channels.

You will build and lead a growth team, evaluate tool stacks and agencies, and drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced startup environment focused on developer audiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth or performance marketing at a B2B company with a developer-focused audience and both self-serve and enterprise motions.
• Ability to own full-funnel measurement: connecting top-of-funnel spend to signups to pipeline.
• Experience ranking and reallocating spend across channels based on ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel visibility for Alchemy’s growth motion, from self-serve signup through the enterprise sales flow.
• Set the channel investment strategy each half: defend with data.
• Own and re-rank channel ROI, paid search, paid social, SEO, AEO, lifecycle/email, website, ecosystem/partner channels.
• Evaluate and evolve tool stack and agencies; decide what to keep, renegotiate, or replace.
• Identify, pitch, and test new channels and signals; scope and delegate ownership.
• Build and lead a team over time and open headcount as needed.
• Represent growth and channel performance in marketing planning cycles with data-driven rationale.
