Qualifications

• Experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or performance marketing.
• Experience improving funnels through automation, experimentation, and data analysis.
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Braze, or similar tools.
• Experience building lifecycle campaigns, segmentation strategies, and lead nurture workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with marketing performance data.
• Ability to collaborate across marketing, analytics, and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the end-to-end lead conversion journey, from lead capture through qualification.
• Build and manage lead nurture campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels.
• Design and implement marketing automation workflows and CRM integrations.
• Run experimentation programs and rapid testing initiatives that improve lead connectivity and conversion velocity.
• Deploy AI-assisted workflows and automation systems that improve speed-to-lead, follow-up consistency, and operational efficiency.
• Deploy automation systems and AI-assisted workflows that improve speed-to-lead and follow-up consistency.
• Develop segmentation, routing logic, and trigger-based automation to improve responsiveness.
• Partner with marketing, analytics, and intake operations teams to improve the claimant journey.
• Build scalable growth systems and testing frameworks.
• Work with analytics and engineering teams to activate data across CRM and marketing platforms.
• Document learnings and create repeatable playbooks for successful growth strategies.
