Jobstream™ is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to own the growth flywheel for the Career Creator Network. You will lead creator acquisition, activation, and brand campaigns, driving revenue and pipeline through data-informed, social-first strategies.

You will report to the Co-Founder & President and build the team, playbooks, and operating rhythm while delivering measurable growth across channels and partnerships. Remote US-based role with some travel.

Qualifications

• Growth leader with ecommerce and digital business experience.
• B2B experience with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own two sides of the flywheel: creator network and enterprise brand campaigns.
• Lead growth strategy, creator acquisition, activation, and retention.
