Job summary

Jobstream is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing for a remote, US-based role with quarterly travel. You will own the growth flywheel for the Creator Network and enterprise brand campaigns, leading a small team and driving activation, retention, and revenue across multiple channels.

You will craft scalable playbooks, partner with the client delivery group, and push brand storytelling to world-class levels. This role is central to market growth and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading growth in ecommerce or digital businesses.
• Proven ability to own and scale growth flywheels across creator networks.
• Strong brand storytelling and cross-channel campaign leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own two-sided flywheel: creator network growth and enterprise brand campaigns.
• Lead and coach the growth team, build scalable playbooks and processes.
• Partner with client delivery to ensure campaigns are on-brief and on-time.
• Grow the Career Creator Network and creator activation across channels.
• Set metrics and governance for creator success and retention.
