Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist/Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution.

You’ll lead bi-weekly calls, manage Meta campaigns, monitor results, and contribute to ad messaging for a performance-first marketing agency serving financial advisors. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and directly impact client results, relationships, and retention.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a focus on Meta ads
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and client-facing conversations
• Proven ability to meet targets while supporting client retention
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and marketing automation
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and be the primary contact for clients
• Lead bi-weekly calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps
• Prepare and send performance reports 24+ hours before calls
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients
• Build relationships to support retention, renewals and referrals
• Set up and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointments
• Manage budgets, targeting, bidding, testing, and campaign variables
• Monitor tracking, pixels, and conversion events; troubleshoot issues
