Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager (App Installs) based in the United States. You will lead paid media strategy, experiments, and optimization to drive profitable app installs and user growth in a remote-first environment.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in digital advertising or growth marketing, hands-on experience with Google Ads and Apple Ads, and a proven ability to scale campaigns while improving unit economics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital advertising, growth marketing, or paid media management.
• 2+ years marketing consumer apps preferred.
• Proven hands-on experience with major ad networks (Google Ads, Apple Ads).
• Familiarity with non-digital paid media channels (CTV, TV).
• Track record of profitable app install campaigns and improving unit economics.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for modeling LTV, payback, and forecasts.
• Experience building structured creative testing programs and rapid experimentation.
• Excellent communication and remote-working capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social channels.
• Own full lifecycle of growth initiatives from planning to execution, testing, and optimization.
• Scale channels while improving acquisition efficiency and ROI.
• Identify and launch new paid media opportunities including non-digital formats.
• Design incrementality experiments to measure true impact of advertising investments.
• Analyze campaign performance and model key business metrics (LTV, payback, CAC).
• Maintain a continuous creative testing pipeline to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive growth strategies.
