DuckDuckGo is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead high-priority marketing campaigns and own a portfolio of channels including Google Ads, paid social, and app install campaigns. You will drive profitable user growth through planning, hands-on execution, testing, optimization and analysis.

You will design incrementality tests, optimize spend and deliver scalable growth while maintaining privacy-respecting advertising practices.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in digital advertising roles, preferably with consumer apps.
• Hands-on experience setting up and managing paid digital advertising programs (Google Ads, Apple Ads).
• Experience with non-digital paid media (CTV, TV) is a plus.
• Proven track record of profitable app install growth and improving efficiency as volume scales.
• Ability to manage complex, ambiguous projects across strategy and marketing tactics.
• Experience designing incrementality tests to validate channel impact and guide investments.
• Strong analytical skills including app economics modeling and scenario planning.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-channel experimentation, creative testing, and measurement to improve CAC/LTV.
