Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead, Performance (Contract) based in the United States. You will manage paid acquisition campaigns across major platforms, drive data-driven experiments, and help scale customer acquisition with AI-powered automation.

You will collaborate with analytics, product, and sales teams to improve lead quality and downstream conversions, while overseeing budget pacing and campaign performance in a six-month engagement with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on growth and performance marketing experience at a fast-growing company or growth agency.
• Personally managed at least $1M in cumulative advertising spend across multiple platforms.
• Strong recent experience with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Microsoft Ads.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Microsoft Ads.
• Develop AI-powered workflows to improve campaign management and decision-making.
• Lead structured testing, measure experiments, and report results with insights.
