Continued is a leader in EdTech and operates as a 100% virtual team across the United States. We seek a Growth Marketing, Senior Manager to own our marketing tech stack, lead marketing operations, optimize the growth funnel, and pioneer AI-driven acquisition strategies.

You will drive audience segmentation, own end-to-end email marketing, enforce data hygiene, collaborate with data teams, and align CDP structures with the broader roadmap.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in email marketing, growth marketing, or marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with a CDP—Twilio Segment preferred.
• Direct experience with a marketing automation platform (Marketo or HubSpot; also Klayvio, Customer.io or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead the audience segment buildout within our licensed platform: manage audience traits, event taxonomy, identity rules, and integrate with ESPs and downstream channels.
• Own the email marketing program end-to-end: strategy, segmentation, automation flows, A/B testing, and reporting.
• Establish data hygiene standards, CAN-SPAM compliance, and unsubscribe/suppression management.
• Collaborate with the data team to maintain subscriber data governance and data flows across the stack.
• Align CDP data structures to the broader data roadmap and migration projects.
• Drive omni-channel strategy by coordinating direct mail with digital campaigns for consistent targeting and personalization.
• Lead AI automation adoption across email and direct mail: send-time optimization, predictive segmentation, A/B testing, analytics.
• Manage dashboards connecting marketing channels to engagement, renewal, and revenue.
• Evaluate additional MarTech tooling to support expansion and automation maturity.
• Serve as internal SME on email and CDP capabilities.
• Managerial responsibilities of one or more team members.
