Awesome Motive is seeking a Growth Manager to own the end-to-end growth motion for one of our brands. You will set strategy, ship work, measure outcomes, and decide what to build next. This is a hands-on operator role, not a manager-of-managers role, with AI as your leverage.

The role centers on email and lifecycle marketing, with CRO and content, social, and automation around both. You will work with the brand GM, product team, support, SEO, and the central growth team from a remote-first

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth marketing as the only or founding marketer at a B2B SaaS.
• Real AI-augmented work with concrete workflows and outputs.
• Email and lifecycle depth with metrics that moved them.
• CRO experience with real experiments on pages and data.
• Full-stack execution from copy to pages to campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own email and lifecycle marketing as the central engine.
• Drive CRO across landing pages, sign-up flows, pricing pages, and checkout.
• Create content and copy, shipped with AI leverage.
• Manage social presence with platform-native strategy.
• Build marketing automation workflows in tools like n8n, Make, Zapier.
• Review weekly analytics and iterate with data-backed ideas.
• Collaborate with brand GM, product, support, SEO, and growth teams.
