Job summary

Continued, a leader in EdTech, is seeking a Growth Marketing, Senior Manager to own and evolve our email program, lead marketing ops, and guide our customer data platform across channels. This is a fully remote role with US-wide eligibility.

You will work with data, product, and brand teams to build audience segments, optimize campaigns, and drive cross-channel orchestration, including direct mail and email, with AI-driven automation. Strong data, collaboration, and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in email marketing, growth marketing, or marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with a CDP — Twilio Segment preferred.
• Direct experience with a marketing automation platform (Marketo or HubSpot; also Klaviyo, Customer.io or equivalents).
• Experience designing segmentation using first-party behavioral/ transactional data.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and privacy regulations, deliverability, and list hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Lead audience segment buildout with data team across traits, identity rules, and ESP integrations.
• Own end-to-end email marketing program: strategy, segmentation, automation, testing, reporting.
• Enforce data hygiene, CAN-SPAM, compliance, and suppression management.
• Maintain subscriber data governance across storage and flows.
• Align CDP data structures to roadmaps and migrations.
• Drive omni-channel strategy by linking direct mail with digital campaigns.
• Lead AI automation adoption for send-time optimization, segmentation, and analytics.
• Manage dashboards linking channels to engagement, renewal, and revenue.
• Evaluate and recommend new MarTech to expand channels.
• Serve as internal subject matter expert on email and CDP.
• Manage one or more team members.
