This is a hands-on operator role, not a manager-of-managers, with AI as your leverage. The role centers on email and lifecycle marketing, CRO, content, social, and automation. You will work with US teams asynchronously and overlap 9am–1pm EST, while being part of a globally distributed remote team based in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth marketing as the sole or founding marketer at a B2B SaaS, or operator inside a small growth team.
• Proven email and lifecycle depth with CRO experience and data-driven testing.
• Full-stack execution: copy, landing pages, emails, campaigns, and analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work async with US teams.
• Experience with AI-augmented workflows and modern automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth motion end to end for a brand, setting strategy and shipping work.
• Lead email and lifecycle marketing with segmentation, testing, and offers.
• Drive conversion rate optimization across pages and funnels.
• Create content and copy for blogs, landing pages, emails, and social.
• Build marketing automation using n8n, Make, or Zapier; connect tools into autonomous systems.
• Review weekly analytics across GA4 and dashboards; iterate based on data.
