Hone.gg is seeking a Growth Manager to own demand and supply growth across paid and organic channels and direct ad revenue partnerships. You will drive user acquisition, build communities on Discord and X, and manage influencer collaborations in a fast-paced gaming startup.

You will optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, analyze ROI, and collaborate with product teams to align features with growth goals while sustaining retention and monetization.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of growth marketing or partnerships experience.
• Experience with gaming communities, creators or esports is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital performance marketing and campaign optimization.

Responsabilités

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and gaming channels to drive user acquisition.
• Track performance, ROI, and test audiences, creatives, and channels for growth.
• Build and grow communities on Discord, X, and gaming forums while developing organic strategies.
• Monitor trends and player insights to adapt engagement and improve retention.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships with gaming influencers, creators, brands, and platforms to expand reach.
• Prepare pitches and proposals for sponsorships, ad partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to align features and campaigns with growth goals.
• Use performance insights to recommend product improvements that support sustainable growth.
