Discord seeks an experienced Product Marketing Manager to own GTM for the Ads product suite, focused on activating within a specific sales vertical. You will lead Alpha/Beta testing, develop proof points, and inform product prioritization to accelerate growth through 2027 and beyond.

You’ll build go-to-market motions, craft messaging, create collateral, and scale sales enablement while collaborating with business marketing to establish Discord’s category presence.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in product marketing for advertising or related industries.
• Strong GTM and product launch capabilities from strategy to release.
• Ability to translate advertiser needs into product recommendations.
• Experience influencing cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Experience in Gaming or Mobile verticals is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute go-to-market launches for new Ad products, taking products from Alpha to GA
• Create and disseminate collateral including comm docs, pitch materials, case studies, and web assets
• Conduct market research, segmentation, and competitive analysis to uncover pain points and opportunities
• Lead activation initiatives with differentiated messaging and GTM motions for new audiences
• Build scalable sales enablement programs, training, collateral, and tools for the Sales team
• Define and track activation KPIs across verticals and refine GTM strategies
• Partner with Business Marketing to establish Discord’s thought leadership and category presence
