Trafilea is seeking a data-driven Senior Growth Manager focused on Loyalty & Subscription. You will lead the loyalty and subscription teams, shaping a vision that increases retention and subscription revenue across SHAPERMINT CLUB, SHAPERBOX, Autoship, and future offerings.

Build cross-functional roadmaps, leverage analytics to reduce churn, and drive a quarterly revenue trajectory around eight figures. Remote-first with a fast-paced ecommerce culture.

Qualifications

• Proven data-driven decision making in growth or product roles.
• Strong analytics and experimentation mindset (A/B testing, CRO).
• Experience shaping loyalty/subscription strategies in e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Lead loyalty and subscription growth initiatives across multiple brands.
• Define roadmaps aligning marketing, product, and CX to maximize CLV.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, product, customer service).
• Develop and refine subscription products to improve usability and differentiation.
• Own KPIs and implement dashboards to monitor subscription health and churn.
