• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition strategy and product roadmap for consumer subscriptions across web and mobile.
• Optimize the end-to-end growth funnel from exposure to activation and paywall conversion.
• Define consumer-centered value propositions to motivate paid starts.
• Establish growth models, benchmarks, and funnel KPIs linking engagement to LTV.
• Lead A/B testing programs with analytics teams and prioritize experiments.
• Diagnose drop-offs with funnel analysis and user research to reduce onboarding friction.
• Partner with design to develop intuitive interfaces and seamless subscription touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, content, SEO, and partners to unify messaging.
• Communicate roadmaps and learnings clearly to leadership.
