Job summary

Tutteo Ltd. is seeking a Head of Growth to own and execute a global growth strategy across Flat, Flat for Education, and Flat Embed. You will lead a small team and work with the CEO/CTO/Product to scale acquisition, activation, and retention with a data-first approach.

The role requires a quantitative mindset, engineering/data background, and experience growing multiple motions (PLG/consumer and B2B). This is a remote-first position rooted in Europe.

Qualifications

• Quantitative at the core: read funnels, analyze cohorts, size bets.
• Engineering or strong technical/data background with APIs and data pipelines.
• Experience growing multiple product motions (PLG/ consumer and B2B).
• Ability to define a growth thesis, metrics, and stop criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own the company growth number across all products.
• Define cross-product strategy and sequencing of bets.
• Direct acquisition, activation, conversion and retention efforts.
• Lead a small team (content and SEO, education demand gen) to execute.
